Mission: IMAGINATION!

2. the ability of the mind to be creative or resourceful.
3. the part of the mind that imagines things.
Sometimes, life is just so challenging! We need to find our imaginative, wondrous escape!
Your goal for this mission:
Be a child again!
Embrace the child-like wonder of imagination
You can do ANYTHING while letting yourself explore with an open, child-like mind then post in the group what you did and how you felt!
When you are feeling your most anxious let your inner-child out by doing an activity that involves imagination!
EXAMPLES: Read a book, take a fun and adventurous walk, play a game, write a story, paint....The sky is literally the limit!
2. Fill out your Land of Imagination Map!
Use the template or just paper and pens to create a map of all your favorite, childhood things!
Display this guide somewhere that you can see daily. A reminder to escape reality and slip into your IMAGINATION when needed!
Each item is designed to take you to your inner-child!

Book: What was your favorite book?
Teddy Bear: What was your favorite toy?
