As we approach the holiday season, let's practice Gratitude everyday!
One of the best ways to show our gratitude express kindness by giving back through acts and gifts!!
Your goal for this mission:
To complete one random act of kindness per day this month! One great way to give kindness through gratitude is to give a form of what YOU are grateful for!
Example: "I love when people are patient and kind when Henry is having a meltdown. I try to give back that kindness I am so grateful for back to other moms in the same situation"- Megan-Mom to henry and Mosaic Sister
Start with filling a sheet of paper with as many ways to spread kindness that you can think of.
Once you do that, pick one act every day (big or small) to carry out to a friend, family, neighbor, even your self (we all need to be kinder to ourselves!).
Once your paper is filled out, post it in the group so we can share our kindness ideas with each other!
